Key Responsibilities

- Manages Sales operations in USA in order to meet pointed targets and company goals
- Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to realize short- and long-term sales and earnings goals
- Prepare, maintain and execute a high-level Business Plan, which outlines strategic and tactical approaches for achieving targets
- Setting sales targets for a given market, their distribution within the segmented channels, and full responsibility for their realization
- Responsible for meeting the KPI-s regarding quantity (number of acquired clients, number of closed deals), quality (structure od products sold, level of relationship achieved with the clients) and profit goals realization.
- Identifies new business opportunities in order to increase BG Reklam's market share in the USA, strengthen the company and establish new profit channels
- Responsible for managing sales efforts, including sales presentation and contract negotiations. Coordinates activities with other departments to obtain product and solutions information and determine pricing
- Accountable for all activity within the market, from opportunity inception to contract closure by facilitating, planning and organizing all related sales activities with guidance from HQ
- Defines, documents, implements and supports continual sales process improvement
- Maintains appropriate records and documentation; tracks, monitors and reports sales data
- Meet and exceed revenue and quota targets
- Willing to travel across the market, meet with customers and partners as needed
- Ready to visit the headquarters Serbia 2 times a year for 10-14 days in order to acquire the necessary skills and trainings, information about products and services and coordinate strategy and activities for moving forward
Requirements
- Proven results as a self-starter, with a clear idea of the steps that need to be taken for the company's growth from the moment of entering the market
- High capability to create strategic market segmentation, clients specific plans that cover overall strategy and specific goals and tactics for products range, pricing, implementation and service
- Requires account management and revenue growth skills with a proven and progressive track record of portfolio growth and expansion
- Proven results in the acquisition of clients and the realization of set sales plans
- Self-starter with ability to develop new and existing client engagements through the entire business cycle
- Positive and determined approach to research, analysis and recognition of new market trends and opportunities and ability to refine business and account plans to exploit such opportunities
- Knowledge, understanding and sales experience in POSM industry is preferable
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with existing customers, including issue resolution and escalation
- Strong communication skills in all forms-written, oral, email, presentation, and other non-verbal forms (native English speaker)
- Strong capability in time management and organization skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (marketing/sales/business administration concentration)
- Minimum 5 -7 years of professional experience in sales (B2B segment) and/or account management
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Sales Manager (middle to higher level)
What the Company Offers
- Base Salary: $90,000 annually, paid biweekly via direct deposit
- Bonus Potential: Target bonus up to $65,000 per year, tied to performance metrics and company milestones. Bonus payments may be structured quarterly, biannually, or annually, and are subject to applicable tax withholdings.
