Key Responsibilities
Mission Focused on CRM enhancement and business alignment
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce CRM solutions align with operational priorities in a banking or insurance environment.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of CRM enhancements, from requirements gathering and impact analysis to testing and post-deployment validation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate regulatory, client service, and process efficiency needs into actionable user stories and specifications tailored to Salesforce capabilities.
- Coordinate workflow optimization, screen/UI improvements, and data model adaptations, ensuring compliance with industry-specific standards such as KYC, AML, or insurance claims processing.
- Support quality assurance, validating functionality against business expectations and coordinating resolution of tickets.
- Promote user engagement through workshops, training sessions, and continuous feedback loops to ensure the platform evolves alongside user needs and market trends.
- Maintain updated documentation and training materials, and support change management to ensure CRM adoption and process harmonization across departments.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Salesforce CRM in a financial services environment (banking or insurance), with a strong track record of delivering functional enhancements aligned with business needs.
- Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud; knowledge of Service Cloud or Financial Services Cloud is a distinct advantage.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, user interface configuration, workflows, and automation tools (e.g., Flow, Validation Rules, Approval Processes).
- Ability to analyze existing CRM functionalities, identify improvement opportunities, and design scalable, compliant solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Experience in gathering, structuring, and documenting business requirements, writing user stories, and managing product backlogs.
Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., ADM 201, Business Analyst) alongside Agile project management (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) and/or Business Analysis credentials (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are highly valued, though candidates will be assessed primarily on their applied business insight and domain expertise.
- The ideal candidate will bring a structured, analytical mindset, with a methodical approach to dissecting requirements, mapping processes, and designing scalable CRM solutions that reflect both user needs and regulatory expectations. They will be highly responsive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities with composure and confidence in a fast-moving banking or insurance environment.
- Comfortable navigating Salesforce CRM platforms, with proven experience in workflow optimization, functional testing, change management, and end-user support — ideally within compliance-heavy or client-centric operations.
