Key Responsibilities
Mission focused on day-to-day operations & functional enhancements of a strategic CRM:
- Act as the functional expert for Salesforce CRM within the private banking environment, ensuring operational continuity and prompt resolution of user issues.
- Support teams by troubleshooting daily usage challenges, managing user requests, and maintaining high standards of system reliability.
- Lead the collection, analysis, and prioritization of enhancement requests to continuously improve Salesforce functionalities in line with business needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications, ensuring solutions are user-friendly and aligned with compliance and data governance standards.
- Coordinate and validate configuration changes, UI improvements, workflow optimizations, and minor custom developments.
- Ensure smooth project delivery and high user satisfaction.
- Facilitate feedback loops, including user interviews and workshops, to capture evolving needs and promote engagement with the CRM roadmap.
- Document evolving business processes, maintain training materials, and support change management initiatives to ensure seamless CRM adoption.
Requirements
Proven experience with Salesforce CRM
- Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud are a plus).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, data models, workflows, and UI configuration.
- Ability to assess existing functionalities and proactively propose refinements to support business evolution.
Business analysis and specification writing
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews, with the ability to translate business needs into clear, structured functional specifications.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies, including crafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Capable of bridging the gap between business and IT — fluent in both business terminology and technical feasibility.
Change management and delivery follow-up
- Ability to lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles, collect feedback, and adjust configurations accordingly.
User support and continuous improvement
- First-line or second-line functional support for end-users, with strong listening skills and a service-minded approach.
- Ability to train users, create documentation, and encourage system adoption through best practices and tailored communication.
- Committed to improving user experience and data quality, proactively identifying system usage patterns and proposing enhancements.
Qualifications
Salesforce certifications ( eg. ADM 201) alongside Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) and/or Business Analysis certifications - highly valued although the candidates will be assessed based on the business acumen.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate structured and methodical approach to analysis and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership.
- He/she will have responsive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable navigating and configuring Salesforce CRM environments, with hands-on experience in change management, functional testing, and user support.
