Ndorsed links employers with a wide network of professional recruiters whose candidates and recruiters with a host of new opportunities.
Using our specialist team and Ndorsed AI suitable candidates from multiple agencies are filtered and then shortlisted for employers to review.
You can sign and register on Ndorsed as either an employer or a recruiter.
Your registration will be vetted by the Ndorsed team and if successful will be added to our network.
Once accepted by the Ndorsed team, you will have the opportunity to post job vacancies along with the hiring fee you are willing to pay for the right candidate.
Accredited recruiters will then suggest candidates for the role(s) and a shortlist will be drawn by Ndorsed and submitted for your HR team to review.
The hiring fee is the only fee you will pay.
They are more competitive. The aim of Ndorsed is to offer employers a more comprehensive service at a more competitive price.
If you register as a recruiter you will be able to submit candidates for open positions and win a hiring fee.
After registering your application will be reviewed by the Ndorsed team and a contract issued with our terms.
Ndorsed will receive a % of the advertised hiring fee and you as the recruiter the balance. You will always know before submitting a candidate the fee you will receive.
The clearest benefit is more opportunity! by accessing employers that would not normally be in your network.
We aim to process employer and recruiter registrations with 48 hours.
If your proposed candidate is not put forward for a role, there will be a short explanation as to the reasons.
As standard we will submit up to 3 candidates for each role advertised. If you wish to review more, and more candidates are submitted we will give you access to them.
